Vincent Drost is a French historian and numismatist, curator at the Bibliothèque nationale de France (BnF). He works in the Department of Coins, Medals, and Antiques, where he is in charge of the Roman and Celtic coin collections.
Holding a PhD in History, Drost is a specialist in Roman Numismatics and Monetary History. He also focused on the archaeological analysis of coin hoards. His experience includes a tenure as Project Curator at the British Museum, where he studied Roman coin finds from sites across England and Wales.
