Graduado en Historia por la Universidad de Córdoba y, actualmente, realizando la tesis doctoral. Mis principales trabajos se han centrado en el estudio del fenómeno religioso en la Antigüedad, destacando especialmente el periodo helenístico y los primeros compases del cristianismo. Miembro del grupo de investigación “Literatura Griega de Época Imperial” (HUM829) y del proyecto de investigación “Instituciones locales, religión cívica y élites urbanas en el Egipto romano (s. II-IV d.C.)” de la Universidad de Córdoba.
